1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Habang Buhay’s wedding website services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Habang Buhay offers personalized, interactive wedding websites that include:

Event details, guest lists, and RSVP management.
Photo and video hosting (SDE, AVP, pre-wedding shoots).
Post-wedding updates for selected packages.

3. User Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information when setting up their wedding websites.
Content such as photos, videos, and personal details must be owned or licensed by the client.
Users must not upload offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate material.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

A 50% down payment is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due before the website goes live.
Refund Policy: The down payment is non-refundable but may be transferred to another event date if requested at least 14 days before the scheduled launch.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected for website setup and RSVP tracking will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Users may request data deletion after the event is completed.

6. Termination of Services

Habang Buhay reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:

Users violate these Terms and Conditions.
Fraudulent activities or misuse of our platform are detected.

7. Changes to Terms

Habang Buhay may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the revised terms.
